Project participants access our software solutions via a 256-bit encrypted connection, which is many times more secure than data exchange via unsecured email.

What is PKM?

Uncoordinated processes, poor communication and faulty data exchange – these are only three components that regularly cause extra costs, quality defects and delays in structural design, infrastructure or plant engineering projects.

Doesn’t this suggest to solve these avoidable problems with a suitable electronic system and to facilitate and improve the teamwork of all involved? In response to these questions, Conclude has developed the Project Communication Management System (PKM). PKM is a web-based software platform, which significantly improves processes of complex construction projects.

  • ... is a central, electronic project room. Here, all project participants communicate, manage and exchange their planning documents or crucial facts.

  • ... creates transparency. All important processes, tasks, deadlines, facts and documents of your project are combined here. Thus, the project’s progress can be managed from any location.

  • PKM is provided as SaaS (Software-as-a-Service). Meaning we provide both the provision of software and associated services completely as service. You rent PKM only for the time you really need it. The use of the system is easy, quick and safe for all project participants.

In 1998, it was Drees & Sommer, the German market leader in project management, who used PKM for the Frankfurt Police Headquarters project for the first time. Efficiency, transparency, security and partnership. These are the key aspects of PKM and our services. We do not simply provide you with software – our ServicePoint advises you for the entire duration of your project. What this means for your project, you will read on the following pages.
